Indonesian Outsourcing Association (IOA) atau Asosiasi Bisnis Alih Daya Indonesia (Abadi) telah menunjuk kuasa hukum terkait pengajuan uji materi (judicial review) terhadap Peraturan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Permenakertrans) Nomor 19 Tahun 2012 tentang outsourcing ke Mahkamah Konstitusi.
